Ingredients:

  • ½ cup quinoa (washed)
  • 2 cups milk (or almond/oat milk)
  • 1–2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener or jaggery
  • Almonds & pistachios (chopped)
  • 1 tsp desi ghee
  • 2 cardamom pods

Method:

  • Cook quinoa until soft
  • Add milk & simmer 8–10 mins
  • Mix sweetener & cardamom
  • Add roasted dry fruits on top
