A high-protein healthy dessert made with quinoa. It supports better digestion, balanced blood sugar, and provides long-lasting energy.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup quinoa (washed)
- 2 cups milk (or almond/oat milk)
- 1–2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener or jaggery
- Almonds & pistachios (chopped)
- 1 tsp desi ghee
- 2 cardamom pods
Method:
- Cook quinoa until soft
- Add milk & simmer 8–10 mins
- Mix sweetener & cardamom
- Add roasted dry fruits on top
