- 1-2 tbsp Lemon juice
- Lettuce leaves (few)

- 3 Chopped walnut (soaked)
- ½ cup Shredded carrot
Method:
- Place Lettuce in a bowl
- Whisk olive oil, salt & pepper
- Add ingredients & top with walnuts
