Healthy Walnut Cake

Healthy Homemade Walnut Cake

Ingredients:

  • Homemade malai – 1 cup
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Jaggery – 1 cup

Dry Ingredients:

  • Jowar flour – 1 cup
  • Khapli wheat flour – 1 cup
  • Eno – 1 tsp
  • Baking soda – ¼ tsp

Add-ons:

  • Walnuts – 1 cup (chopped)
  • Olive oil – for greasing

Method:

  • Blend malai, milk, and jaggery into a smooth paste.
  • Sieve all dry ingredients together.
  • Mix wet and dry ingredients to form batter.
  • Add walnuts and mix gently.
  • Preheat oven at 180°C and grease baking tin.
  • Pour batter and bake for 50 minutes.
  • Cool, demould and serve.
