Healthy Homemade Walnut Cake
Ingredients:
- Homemade malai – 1 cup
- Milk – 1 cup
- Jaggery – 1 cup
Dry Ingredients:
- Jowar flour – 1 cup
- Khapli wheat flour – 1 cup
- Eno – 1 tsp
- Baking soda – ¼ tsp
Add-ons:
- Walnuts – 1 cup (chopped)
- Olive oil – for greasing
Method:
- Blend malai, milk, and jaggery into a smooth paste.
- Sieve all dry ingredients together.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients to form batter.
- Add walnuts and mix gently.
- Preheat oven at 180°C and grease baking tin.
- Pour batter and bake for 50 minutes.
- Cool, demould and serve.
